Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with IDAYAT. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Once your return is approved and received, replacement items are typically delivered within 5–6 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and are typically reflected within 7–10 business days.
In certain situations, store credit may be offered as an alternative solution. If this applies to your order, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.
Return Shipping
Your first return request is completely free of charge.
For any additional return requests, a return shipping fee of ₹60 per order may apply.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps and help arrange the return process.
Order Cancellations
As we begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, cancellations are not currently available once an order has been confirmed.
We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
