Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Return the product within 2-3 days. We will deliver the replacement within 5-6 days.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

• Jewellery and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons

Refund method

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

• In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a direct refund

Return shipping

• Currently, return shipping is free.
